EufyMake E1: Mass Shipping Begins
After resolving ink formulation issues, the $47M Kickstarter UV printer is finally reaching backers
Published January 31, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026 with the current owner-test path
This is the January 2026 EufyMake E1 shipping update. The current reader path is our same-shop UV Proof Bench: E1 is in our shop now, and the incoming xTool O1 Omni will face the same materials and cost questions when it arrives.
Current path
The shipping story now feeds the E1 proof bench.
This news article explains how the E1 moved from campaign uncertainty into delivered hardware. The next useful step is the shop evidence: what the printer does with real blanks, real ink, real maintenance, and a direct comparison path once xTool's O1 Omni is available for testing.
The eufyMake E1 is in our shop and the O1 Omni test unit is inbound, so the method starts with shared artwork, blanks, setup notes, cleanup checks, and cost math for both machines.

What Caused the Delays?
EufyMake encountered several issues during final production that required fixes before shipping. Here's what was resolved:
Magenta Ink Formulation
Early cartridges had color accuracy problems with the magenta ink. EufyMake reformulated the ink to match their color targets.
✓ Resolution: New ink batches with improved formulation now shipping
Cartridge Overpressure
Some cartridges were experiencing pressure buildup that could affect print quality and potentially damage print heads.
✓ Resolution: Revised cartridge design with improved pressure relief systems
JetClean™ Calibration
The automated cleaning system needed fine-tuning for optimal print head maintenance.
✓ Resolution: Firmware update pushed with improved cleaning cycles
Why this matters: EufyMake's decision to delay shipping rather than push problematic units suggests they're prioritizing user experience over speed. Backers should receive printers that work correctly out of the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my EufyMake E1 ship?▼
This page preserves the January 31, 2026 shipping update and its then-current backer timeline. For current shipment or retail status, check EufyMake directly; for our current owner notes, use the EufyMake E1 review and UV proof bench linked on this page.
Why was shipping delayed?▼
EufyMake discovered issues with the magenta ink formulation and cartridge overpressure. Rather than ship units with these problems, they chose to resolve the issues first - a decision that should improve the day-one experience for backers.
Are accessories shipping separately?▼
Yes. Accessories and consumables began shipping from local warehouses in early January 2026. You may receive accessories before or after your main unit.
Will retail buyers get the improved cartridges?▼
The January update said units shipping from that point forward would use the revised ink formulation and improved cartridge design. For current purchase details, use EufyMake's live listing and our same-shop proof bench rather than this historical shipping article alone.
Where can I track my shipment?▼
EufyMake provides tracking through the Kickstarter backer portal. You'll receive email notifications with carrier tracking numbers once your unit ships.
Is The Crafty Catsman testing the EufyMake E1 now?▼
The EufyMake E1 is in our shop, and the useful next step is the side-by-side UV Proof Bench once the xTool O1 Omni arrives: same artwork, same blanks, same cleanup notes, same durability checks, and the same cost model.
