Anker Make Studio can now save a jig layout with piece count, spacing, margins and alignment, including nested layouts for circles, diamonds and hexagons, and make the physical jig three ways: UV-print its outline flat or raised, export an STL to 3D print it, or export an SVG of cut lines for a laser. The app estimates cleaning-solution, moisturizing-solution and waste-ink levels from maintenance history: eufyMake says the two solutions are estimated to within about 5% and waste-ink available space to about ±20%, it recommends a new cartridge when any compartment reaches 30%, and the printer stops until the cartridge is replaced when a solution runs out or the waste compartment is full.
Two things to check against eufyMake’s own pages: eufyMake’s September bidirectional post, shown as updated October 14, still says mobile support is planned for a later version, while the 5.0 announcement and the App Store notes say the app now supports bidirectional printing. eufyMake also gives no speed figure for app-started prints; the roughly 40% to 75% time savings it reported belong to the September PC release with firmware 4.0.9 and PC software 4.3.3. The app and Studio are renamed Anker Make, and eufyMake says accounts, devices and projects carry over.
