Before you place a reservation: how the deposit works
These answers come from xTool’s own reservation page. Read the payment due now, how it applies to your order, cancellation and refund terms, what is included, and the shipping estimate for your location there before you commit. A reservation opening does not establish a delivery date.
How much is the xTool X1 reservation deposit?
$100. xTool’s reservation page lists a $100 deposit that it says unlocks about $308 in deposit-exclusive benefits: a fire-safety set, a discount on selected xTool materials and a six-month Atomm Max subscription. The deposit is not the machine price. Starting at $3,399 for the X1 Single CO₂ configuration during its first-month pricing period (USD).
Is the xTool X1 deposit refundable?
Yes, before the final payment. xTool says the deposit can be fully refunded before the final payment; once the final payment is complete, the deposit becomes part of the purchase. Read the current terms on xTool’s reservation page before you commit.
How do I reserve an xTool X1, and what happens after the deposit?
Pay the $100 deposit on xTool’s X1 reservation page. xTool says that when final payment opens it emails depositors an exclusive order link, reveals the available X1 configurations and their prices, and applies the deposit-exclusive benefits to that order. The deposit period and the final-payment period are listed on xTool’s reservation page.
Which X1 configuration does the deposit reserve?
None in particular. xTool says the available configurations and their prices are shown when final payment opens; the deposit secures your place and the deposit-exclusive benefits. Our workshop unit’s CO₂, 20W diode and 60W MOPA setup is not a retail configuration and does not define the base price.
